Webinar: CLTs managing non-housing assets
CLTs have made a big impact in England and Wales by providing the affordable housing their communities need. But now, more than ever, CLTs are taking on and stewarding non-housing assets important to the places they call home!
In this webinar you'll hear from Jess Steele, OBE of Heart of Hastings CLT and Hasting Commons (several different community assets), Jonathan Brown from Middle Marches CLT (stewards land for conservation) Paul Brannigan of Calder Valley CLT (several different community assets). The speakers share how they identified these non-housing assets, how/why the CLT decided to take them on and their approaches to long-term stewardship.
