Biography: Zoe is a Prince 2 qualified, SFEDI accredited, community business advisor who has provided community led housing advice to groups through Locality’s Early Stage Support programme and through her role as Locality’s Community Led Housing Manager. Zoe manages the start up grant programme and enabler hub grant programme on behalf of the Community Led Homes partnership.
