Biography: Currently I am working as part time Interim Community Hub Director in Greater Manchester and for a number of Registered Providers, and housing co-operatives in consultancy roles. 

I have held a position as CEO of the Registered Provider WATMOS Community Homes and I worked as Managing Director of a national accredited award winning private training and advisory consultancy, called Open Communities Ltd.

I have worked across England Wales and Ireland on projects involving Registered Providers and their communities. In my career in consultancy I have worked as Independent Tenants Adviser or Lead Adviser for over 50 projects including stock transfer throughout England and Wales. I have been Lead Adviser for a successful stock transfer in Lambeth, London. I have carried out a range of training modules for community led housing organisations and I have worked as project manager for a community led housing project in the East Midlands using the current guidance. 

I was also a voluntary board member of Foras Voluntary Housing Association based in Dublin, Ireland, and am currently a voluntary board member of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing.

I hold a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Housing, have a leadership and management qualification as well as being a qualified adult education trainer and hold an accreditation as a CLH community adviser.
