Biography: Tekla has worked with voluntary and community organisations, social enterprises and community businesses across Greater Manchester for over 10 years. Her experience includes supporting group development, business planning, financial forecasts and preparing fundraising proposals to access finance. In her current role she is part of a team delivering social investment programmes, including a fund for community led housing projects, and has previously lived in a housing co-operative in Manchester.
