How can we empower the builders, and not just the blockers, in our land, development, housing and regeneration systems? How can we distribute power, capability and wealth more equitably?
We are calling on the next government to rewire the system. In this session we launched our 2024 CLT Network Manifesto with a panel discussion on the theme of how every community can play an active role in making itself more socially, economically and environmentally sustainable through community ownership and stewardship of land.
