This survey has been initiated by Broomley and Stocksfield Parish Council, working in partnership with SCATA (part of Stocksfield Community Association). It follows on from the Parish Plan survey; like that one, it is being carried out by Eljay Research
The Parish Council is interested in finding out how much local need and demand there is for new homes in the Parish. This information will provide us with essential guidance on future housing opportunities, helping the community to resist plans for development on inappropriate sites, but supporting development of the right type and in the right places.
