RP registration vs. RP partnering
A comparison of the Roles and Responsibilities of a CLT when developing publicly subsidised rented housing as either a Registered Provider or in partnership with a Registered Provider.
The CLT Network and UK Cohousing Network hosted the launch of Dr Helen Lawson‘s review of the Registered Provider application process, commissioned by the UK Cohousing Network and funded via Community Led Homes. This project explored the experiences of community led housing organisations and technical advisers of the Registered Provider application process, particularly the support and advice received, perceptions of success factors and challenges encountered. The aim was to gather best practices to make it easier for future groups to apply.
