Biography: I have over 25 years experience in developing new homes, regeneration, specialist mixed use projects and community capacity building working for a range of public and private companies.
I have worked with many different communities across the North West developing specialist housing for work/live, eco housing, foyers, refuges and more. In addition my work in Greater Manchester included work on large regeneration programmes with focus upon strengthening the local community and economy.
My many roles have included working at Executive Director level as well as volunteering locally. For the past few years I have worked as a consultant supporting companies wanting to develop new homes for rent and sale.
I hold a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Housing, have a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing as well as being trained in leadership and management and hold an accreditation as a CLH community adviser.
