This page contains the results of an updated and expanded survey of UK retail mortgage lenders which measures both their familiarity with, and willingness to lend to, homeowners in community led housing schemes. It also measures their familiarity with, and willingness to lend to, homeowners purchasing Discounted Market Value sale homes.

The final report is attached. A breakdown of the survey data from individual lenders can also be viewed.
