Biography: A qualified project manager with an array of experience in community development and community-led projects. In addition, I have first hand experience of most of the aspects a fledgling CLH group will need to go through, such as governance structures, funding applications, budgeting, risk management, marketing and community engagement. I currently work for Shropshire Rural Communities Charity (formerly known as the Community Council of Shropshire) as an adviser guiding groups through the neighbourhood planning process and also work with groups on other town and parish planning projects. I am a qualified trainer and can also facilitate sessions with groups or the wider public. I have existing links with many of the communities throughout Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. I have also helped established groups with next steps, get back on track or with dispute resolution.
