Biography: Phil Cringle, trading as The Cringle Consultancy Ltd, is an experienced housing development professional, specialising in affordable, custom/ self-build and community-led housing. With over 26 years of experience working with registered providers, at Graven Hill, and more recently, as a consultant, as an expert on the Right to Build Taskforce, an associate with Collaborative Housing, the Thames Valley community led housing hub, and undertaking project and interim work for registered providers. I am seeking opportunities to work with community groups to help bring forward and deliver community-led homes. I am keen to assist in anyway but can provide particular support around site appraisals and undertaking financial scheme appraisals, including using the recently developed community-led housing bespoke appraisal model.
