Biography: Nick joined Surrey Community Action in February 2017 and is their Head of Communities and Development. Nick line manages the staff working on the Surrey Community Housing Partnership, alongside managing other Community Development and Advice projects, delivering training and consultancy to local third sector groups and overseeing the organisation’s income pipeline. Nick has an MA in Youth Work and Community Development and is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHCM) with a Level 5 Diploma in Housing. Nick has also been involved in housing campaigns, particularly around improving conditions for private renters.
