Biography: Nancy began her CLH journey by joining the core group who developed the first cohousing site to be done in partnership with a housing association at the Threshold Centre in Dorset. She was the project manager for Herefordshire centre for Community led housing and then for Marches Community led housing and worked with groups at all stages of their journey. She draws on extensive lived experience of cohousing at Threshold centre and Canon Frome Court, has professional expertise in other forms of CLH such as CLTs and co-ops as well as community engagement.
