What are they looking for?
Schemes that, without this funding, would not progress as quickly
Projects building a minimum of 5 homes
The projects must lead to new housing
The recipient entity must have majority control in the site
Prioritisation will be given to projects with clear local support
Prioritisation will be given to projects that focus on areas of highest affordability pressures
What they'll fund
Development finance - to meet the development costs of building homes for sale or rent
Infrastructure finance - for site preparation; infrastructure to enable housing to progress; to prepare land for development.
