Area: England

Amount: Generally £250,000 - £2.5 million with smaller loans considered for innovative housing solutions

Open to: All private sector incorporated organisations delivering new homes, including community led housing groups.

Deadline: Ongoing

What are they looking for?

  • Schemes that, without this funding, would not progress as quickly

  • Projects building a minimum of 5 homes

  • The projects must lead to new housing

  • The recipient entity must have majority control in the site

  • Prioritisation will be given to projects with clear local support

  • Prioritisation will be given to projects that focus on areas of highest affordability pressures

What they'll fund

  • Development finance - to meet the development costs of building homes for sale or rent

  • Infrastructure finance - for site preparation; infrastructure to enable housing to progress; to prepare land for development.
