Biography: Lead officer for a local authority’s Community Housing Fund programme - providing project support to CLH projects, and developing planning policy to facilitate Community Led Housing.
I have almost 15 years’ experience in Housing and Planning roles and have specialised in Community Led Housing since 2017.
Prior to my current role I was Development Manager at a planning consultancy, managing site assessments and residential planning applications on behalf of private landowners, and I use this experience to help groups identify sites and assess their suitability for development.
I also bring in previous experience working within a housing association’s development team, where I coordinated funding streams with partners including Homes England and major charities.
