Biography: I am an accredited community led housing advisor currently affiliated with Leeds Community Homes. My particular expertise is working with groups at an early stage of development, to help community groups to clarify their aims and objectives, understand the development process, become organised and select project delivery methods appropriate to their capacity. I have extensive experience in co-operative housing and have supported numerous groups move from initial formation to developing and living in CLH schemes.
