Biography: Fran has been providing community-led housing advice since 2018, working with a range of different groups and liaising with local authorities and housing associations. She has a background in local authority planning and regeneration and is experienced in the policy and political aspects of local government. As part of her Master’s in Environmental Management for Business she researched how resident choice and engagement can improve sustainability outcomes in housing development practice.
