Biography: I am a well-respected senior leader with specific expertise in regeneration & place-making and business development. I have worked at a senior executive level in the public, private and voluntary sectors. As a chartered town planner I know and understand the development process and can apply that to unlocking transformational change to people and places.
I currently strategically lead and manage the corporate Regeneration service for an innovative and growing housing association. I am on a part time secondment to Resonance – a partner and funder in a range of social investment and housing projects. I am a Board member for Active Lancashire where I provide the housing, health and place specialism. I am a member of the Places Matter Design Review NW Panel. I have a very successful commercial outlook with a track record of generating long term new business opportunities for the Regenda Group and its partners including new build developments, asset refurbishment, securing grant funding, health and wellbeing, green spaces, sport and physical activity.
I have an excellent network of contacts within the social housing, local authority and voluntary sector settings.
